WooCommerce Contract Withdrawal plugin by XPSoft

The right of withdrawal needs to be easy to exercise directly through the online interface.

A returns policy or a downloadable form alone does not cover the new digital workflow for distance contracts concluded online. The trader needs a visible function, an electronic declaration and an acknowledgement sent without undue delay.

At the same time, the store must identify the request, order and selected products, communicate with the customer and retain a clear history of actions.

From identifying an order to the administrator's response.

The plugin adds a controlled customer journey and a dedicated store administration area to WooCommerce.

01

Identification

A signed-in customer selects an order. A guest verifies access using order details and a code received by email.

02

Selection

The request can cover the entire order or selected eligible products and quantities.

03

Refund details

Card payments reference the same refund method; bank details can be entered for other payment types.

04

Confirmation

The customer explicitly confirms the declaration, which is recorded with the submission date and time.

05

Processing

The administrator reviews, accepts or refuses the request, adds notes and communicates the decision.

A complete process for the customer, store and internal records.

01

Full or partial withdrawal

Selection of available products and quantities from the identified order.

02

Guest customers

A separate email verification workflow for orders placed without an account.

03

Automated emails

Customer acknowledgement, administrator notification and decision communication.

04

Central administration

Requests, status, products, quantities, customer data and administrator notes in one place.

05

Accept or refuse

The decision remains with the store administrator and can include an explanation.

06

Audit log

Received date, response date and the address to which the response was sent.

07

Configurable settings

Email addresses, text, order prefixes, protection intervals and interface styles.

08

Abuse protection

Validation, repeated-request limits and options for protecting the forms.

The same process, whether or not the customer has an account.

Eligible orders are displayed directly to signed-in customers. For guest orders, the plugin verifies identity and the connection to the order before displaying its information.

Products previously withdrawn in full or in part are considered to prevent requests that exceed the remaining quantities.

Signed-in customer

Account → Order → Products → Confirmation

Fast access to orders linked to the WooCommerce account.

Guest order

Order data → Email code → Products → Confirmation

Additional verification before order information is displayed.

A clearer journey for consumers and better records for traders.

Accessibility

The customer can initiate the request online through a clear, device-friendly workflow.

Traceability

The request, products, communications and response remain centralised.

Fast communication

Automated emails acknowledge receipt and notify the parties involved.

Administrative control

The store retains control over eligibility checks, the decision and reimbursement.
