A complete industrial flow needs consistent data, not disconnected records.
Raw materials, packaging, bills of materials, production orders, quality checks and finished goods had to be managed in the same system.
The objective was end-to-end traceability, from the received lot and warehouse location to each operation, finished-goods lot and delivery document.
