2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you provide it to us directly, through:

• The contact form on the website: name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), project type and message content.
• Direct communication by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• After analytics consent: visited pages, approximate active duration, traffic source, device type, country and approximate location. The IP address is transformed into an irreversible identifier and is not stored in plain form.

We do not collect sensitive data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, etc.) and we do not use the contact form for anything other than responding to your enquiry.

3. Purpose of processing

We use the data you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiries and discuss a potential project or collaboration.
• Prepare quotes, contracts or documents related to a collaboration.
• Comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting obligations) once a collaboration becomes contractual.
• Analyse, only after consent, how the website is used and how its published content performs.

We do not use your data for direct marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

4. Legal basis

We process data based on the consent you give when submitting the contact form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received (Art. 6(1)(f)), and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).

5. How long we keep data

We keep contact form data for a reasonable period necessary to handle your enquiry, but no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, accounting documents related to a contract, kept in accordance with applicable tax legislation).

First-party analytics data is retained for no more than 365 days and is then deleted automatically.

6. Who we share data with

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be accessible to technical service providers we use for the website and communication to function (for example, our web hosting provider or email service), who act as data processors and are contractually bound to respect data confidentiality.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
